What we collect to send you an order, who else sees it, and how to ask us to remove it.
1. What we collect
Name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address — the details needed to pack and deliver an order and to answer a query about it. If you pay by UPI we see the payment reference, not your banking credentials.
2. Why we hold it
To process and deliver your order, to handle returns and refunds, and to keep the records a seller is expected to keep.
3. Who else sees it
Only the parties that make the order work: the courier that delivers the parcel, the payment provider that confirms a UPI transaction, and the company that hosts this website. We also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Cookies and measurement
This site uses cookies that are essential to browsing and to keeping items in your cart. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles on this site.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above and for the period required by applicable law.
6. Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or to withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent.
7. Grievance contact
Privacy complaints are handled directly by the person responsible for this business at [email protected]. We have not appointed a separate named officer. Indian data protection law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, applies to how we handle personal data.
